The Cinema Museum presents an illustrated talk by Martin Humphries.  Charles Chaplin was brought up in Kennington, mainly by his mother Hannah (a music hall performer until he was 5). Poverty meant they lived in numerous places.  We look at some, including the Museum’s home, and see home movie footage of Chaplin revisiting Kennington in the 1950’s.
