Local photographer and journalist Christopher iCha has been documenting Brixton since 2013, “attempting to capture the good, the bad, and the ugly to get a fuller picture of that particular moment in the history of the area”.

“The “Endz" is slang for the “Hood”, or “neighbourhood" But also “the means-to-an-end” or financial indulgences that help us to make ends meet.

The Endz Game photo BrixHibition highlights and explores these themes, with candid captures that portray daily life on the streets of Brixton.

Copies of iCha’s work and zines will be on sale. iCha has published much of his work in a Zine format. Editions 16, 17, 18  are still available and 19 will be launched at the exhibition. Zine sales will help raise funds to publish a photo book of nearly 50 years in Brixton resident.

Lambeth Archives is open Mondays, 1-8; Tuesdays & Thursdays 10-6; Fridays 10-3; Saturdays 9-1 & 2-5.
