The Feel Good Festival is back for Summer 2023 with a Saturday festival packed full of fun and engaging health and wellbeing activities - exercise, mindful arts and crafts, food cooked by a community kitchen, and health signposting – all free for the community.

Try yoga, tai chi, zumba, music, gardening, clay modelling, walks and more.

Health checks and health advice, including mental health signposting to local services.
