Baller Boys is The Peoples Book Prize winner for Children’s literature 2021. Centred around the players in a grass roots football team, it follows the journey of two friends from trial day to selection, where only one of them makes the main team and the other does not and what happens when feelings of jealousy and belonging surface. Join Venessa Taylor for a combination of readings, interactive activities, Q&A and role play. Ages 7 plus
