What can I expect?

Shared Reading groups bring people together through great literature to talk, laugh and share. Just drop in, grab a cuppa and enjoy listening to a story or poem – no pressure to talk or read.

For parents/carers and their children aged 5 to 11 years. Come and use library books and other resources for help with school homework.

This session inspires people to read more and encourages them to share their enjoyment of reading and celebrate the benefits of reading.

Clear Community Web host 

A social club for anyone over the age of 50. There are frequently guest speakers who talk on a wide variety of subjects from avoiding a fall to local history.

The ultimate Storytime experience for Parents, Toddlers, and Babies! Join us for a lively and interactive experience filled with stories, rhymes and lots of fun bonding moments.

Streatham Library's 50+ Group meets on the last Friday of each month from 10:30am-12pm for board games, card games, quizzes, puzzles and colouring.  It's an opportunity for a friendly chat and to catch up with old friends and make new ones.
