Clear Community Web host 

A club designed to support children learning to read, struggling readers, and those learning English. The sessions are led by a retired school teacher and provide personalised guidance to help children build confidence in reading.

Adult book group reading mostly adult fiction, both contemporary and classic, prize-winning authors, fiction in translation and occasionally non-fiction books. All books are selected from the Library’s Reading Group Collection.

The debt advice kiosk offers free expert advice via video for individuals with financial difficulties or money worries.

Each kiosk is designed as a soundproof booth, ensuring conversations remain private and confidential.

A sociable adult knitting and crochet group. Bring your own knitting/crocheting or use needles, hooks, wool and knitting patterns provided by the group. Help is on hand for any knitting/crocheting queries.

Do you enjoy football and want a chance to borrow a good quality football? Lambeth Libraries are excited to have teamed up with the Alive and Kicking Organisation and become an official @weareakuk Football Library!

Noisy and joyful from the first beat, these playful drumming sessions let little ones tap, shake, and stomp their way through rhythm, sound, and movement - Free refreshments provided. 

Every Wednesday a cost-of-living link worker will be onsite, providing support to residents experiencing financial hardship or having issues related to their living costs.
