BiG Besty's Inspirational Guidance

BiG (Besty’s Inspirational Guidance) aims to empower young people to feel more positive about themselves, and to want to succeed and enjoy developing. BiG develops and delivers a number of motivational programmes using educational and sporting activities that are focused at raising young people’s self-esteem while learning and all of BiG programmes are led by FA qualified coaches and or professionals and are organized efficiently carrying out risk assessments and satisfying all necessary legal requirements.

The football holiday programmes are designed to be exciting, educational and fun. They are delivered in a structured way that improves young people’s football skills, technical abilities, tactical awareness and general understanding of football, while at the same time developing key life skills such as leadership and team working.
