BiG Besty's Inspirational Guidance

BiG (Besty’s Inspirational Guidance) aims to empower young people to feel more positive about themselves, and to want to succeed and enjoy developing. BiG develops and delivers a number of motivational programmes using educational, employability and sporting activities that are focused at raising young people’s self-esteem while learning. All of BiG programmes are led by FA qualified coaches and / or professionals and are organised efficiently carrying out risk assessments and satisfying all necessary legal requirements.

Our sporting programmes are designed to be exciting, educational and fun. They are delivered in a structured way that improves young people’s sporting skills, technical abilities, tactical awareness and general understanding of the sport, while at the same time developing key life skills such as leadership and team working.
