Baytree’s Youth Mentoring Programme offers one-to-one support for girls aged 10 to 18 years old, helping them grow academically, personally and socially. Through weekly sessions with a dedicated volunteer mentor, girls are supported to develop key character traits such as resilience, self-control, good judgement, and fairness, empowering them to make thoughtful decisions, form healthy habits, and grow into their full potential.
Our mentors are trained volunteers who act as positive role models. Providing a safe and supportive environment where young people are encouraged to set goals, gain confidence, and achieve their aspirations. Each pair meets once a week, for an hour for at least one academic year. Sessions can take place in person at the Centre or online. Commitment to weekly attendance is essential.
