Karate/Washinkai Classes - Norwood Community Group

Welcome to a summer full of fun, fitness and sport, meet other young people in a safe and secure environment. The Karate project will involve practising different manoeuvres in a safe learning environment at the end of each session, each participant will receive a goody bag to take home.

All we ask is that you respect the staff and the other young people in attendance. No disrespectful behaviour will be tolerated. Acceptable dress code tracksuit or lose fitting clothing and training shoes. (No sliders).
