Laura's Yoga Club - After School Club

Fun Yoga and Arts activities for kids, there’s loads for mini-yogis to get stuck into. Children can look forward to learning yoga poses in a really fun and engaging way, through stories, games and creative activities. Mindfulness is a key focus too – child-friendly meditations and visualisations to help them relax and find calm.

The club is best suited to children aged between 5 and 8 years old, however older children are very welcome.
