Big Up Communities @ Stewarts Road Adventure Playground

Big Up Communities is now at our new home in Stewarts Road Adventure Playground. We’re excited to announce that all our youth work is now based at the Stewarts Road Adventure Playground—a vibrant, inclusive space that’s become the heart of our community programming.

This unique venue offers an incredible mix of indoor and outdoor areas, complete with adventure play equipment, chicken coops, vegetable patches, and a sports pitch - creating the perfect environment for fun, creativity, learning, and connection.

Since then, we've continued to grow and enhance the playground, collaborating with partners including London Play Design and Lambeth Probation Services to maintain and develop the site. Their support, along with our committed team and enthusiastic young participants, is helping us turn this space into something truly special.

We’ve expanded our activity offering too—with more workshops, creative projects, and opportunities for local children and young people than ever before.
