BiG Leadership & Coaching Programme

The BiG Leadership Coaching programme is for 16 plus young adults and provides a platform to develop many vital personal and social skills as well as key leadership and coaching skills. Young adults will learn how to organise and deliver activities efficiently managing participants effectively, whilst learning the art to set up appropriate activities taking the size of the area and equipment used into consideration for the benefit of participants performance development and safety. They will also develop new suitable communication styles to interact with participants.

Young adults will also engage in personal development, where they will engage in peer-to-peer learning activities, giving and providing positive feedback, developing reflective skills. This is a fantastic opportunity that devlops the whole person.
