BIGKID - Sports Engagement

Much of our delivery focuses on using sport as a way to engage young people. We offer a variety of sports, including football, American flag football, basketball, futsal, and tennis, at a range of community and school sites.

?Participating in our sports sessions provides a space for young people to make friends, try something new, and learn positive leadership skills from their peers and BIGKID staff. Our volunteer pathway allows young people aged 16+ to undertake coaching qualifications to become BIGKID sessional workers and support the next generation.

Thanks to partnerships with organizations such as Nike, the NFL, and FIFA, we are able to provide opportunities for young people to access experiences that many never thought would be possible!
