The Sills Spot

We began as part of LDN Apprenticeships. In 2022, we became an independent Community Interest Company after recognising the need for support that looks at the whole person. Today, we operate as a community-rooted youth hub in South London. Young people come to us to connect, reflect, build skills, and move forward at a pace that works for them.

Our work spans open-access youth space, mentoring, employer engagement, group sessions, and wellbeing-led activity. We focus on creating an environment where young people feel respected, taken seriously, and supported consistently – whether they are navigating education, employment, personal challenges, or simply the transition through adulthood.
