We've been based in Clapham for the last 20 years, offering classes for beginners and improvers of all ages from 3 years. Classes do not cost as much as you would think!

• Inclusive Swim is a casual swim session for all ages; aimed at rebuilding confidence in the water.

Our Creative StEP offers a safe space for young people on Saturdays.

The best class/classes to try depend on why you want to dance. Do you want a fun kind of exercise? A new hobby? Are you looking for new friends or some performing experience?

Free bike building sessions for children and young People. Come and learn to build/repair your own bikes or fix them and take the bikes (second hand) away if you do not already own one.

Free Non contact boxing sessions! We have to fully equipped gym with two 14 ft rings a large floor area and 20 bags as well has a small weights area.
