UINCAP is a registered charity working throughout Lambeth. We aim to improve the physical and emotional health and well being of children, young people and adults.

The free afterschool club offers an inclusive safe play space, where children can make new friends, overcome challenges and build self-esteem.

UINCAP’s holiday courses provide an excellent opportunity for children to experience capoeira and related dance and music for the first time, in a supportive environment.

UINCAP Stay and Play is for parent and careers with children under 5. The stay and play provides open space for young children to play, make friends and learn in a supportive environment.

Ultimate cheer is more than a cheer squad – it’s a family. Our athletes are welcoming, fun, and kind!

Unigate Wood Local Nature Reserve is a medium-sized area of woodland, grassland and scrub habitat in Streatham that has a high wildlife and recreational value.

A FREE safe space for all dads, father figures and families to connect with other families, share experiences and talk about fatherhood.

This is an opportunity for Fathers and influential males to come together without their children to talk about parenthood and other stuff.

Getting out and about with the children is so good for learning, emotional wellbeing and all round development.
