Here at Champs Within, we harness the power of boxing as a catalyst for positive social interaction within a supportive and controlled environment.

We offer a unique boxing program designed to empower young people. It's more than just learning punches and footwork; it's about building confidence, discipline, and a strong work ethic.

Our substance misuse team provides short-term support (one or two sessions) and longer-term plans (12 sessions or more) to young people aged under 21 with issues related to alcohol or substances.
