When your child starts school at the age of 5, their care is transferred from the health visiting service to the school nursing service.

We provide a service to children, young people and families that live in the London borough of Lambeth. Our services are based at several sites within the community across the borough.

Spiral’s mission is for every young person to be equipped to participate in society, make independent choices and take control and take control of their own lives.

We are a charity which offers counselling at reduced fees so everyone can access the support they need.
