Before you start
We need to know that you are eligible to join the Healthy Habits Programme.
To be eligible for the programme you must be:
- 18 or over
- of Latin American heritage
- a Spanish or Portuguese speaker
- a Lambeth resident or registered with a GP practice in Lambeth
- able to join weekly group sessions for 12 consecutive weeks
You will NOT be eligible for the programme if you:
- are receiving palliative or end of life care
- have had a heart attack or stroke within the last 3 months
- have a clinically diagnosed eating disorder
