Tell Lambeth Council about an off-site direction

Please complete this form to notify the Local Authority of the decision made by your educational establishment to send a Lambeth Resident Pupil on an Off-Site Direction.  This form should only be used to notify us of Off-Site Directions to a Mainstream School or Alternative Education Provision regardless of their location (Including out of borough educations establishments). 

The off-site direction must be one of the following two categories.

  1. Tier 2: this is a time limited intervention at an Alternative Provision
  2. Tier 3: this is a direction to another mainstream school
