Application for the registration of a food business

This form should be completed by the Food Business Operator (FBO) in respect of a new food business establishment. It should be submitted to Lambeth’s Food Safety Team at least 28 days before commencing food operations. Based on the activities carried, certain food business establishments are required to be approved rather than registered. If you are unsure whether your business may require approval, click on this link for the teams contact details.
