Log in to your account
If you have already created a Lambeth tenant account, sign in using the link below.
Create an account
You can set up an account if you are either:
- A current tenant of Lambeth Council
- A former tenant of Lambeth Council
You are a Lambeth Council tenant if your tenancy is with Lambeth Council and you are named as a tenant. You are not a Lambeth Council tenant if you live in the borough but have another landlord, for example, a Housing Association or private landlord, or if you live with somebody who is a Lambeth Council tenant, your parents for example.
To create your account, you will need to know your payment reference. You can find this number on any letter you have received from the Council. This is a 9 digit number and usually begins with a number 6 or 7.
You can contact us on 020 7926 8790 to obtain a payment reference number if you do not have one or cannot find it.
Setup a Lambeth tenant account
If you are a resident of a Tenant Management Organisation (TMO) or a Private Finance Initiative (PFI), you will have to contact them by phone so they can help you. You can find the telephone number in one of your letters or you can find their contact information by visiting our page about TMOs.
