Our complaints procedure
If you are unhappy with a decision, you can make a complaint through the simple 2-stage process managed by Lambeth Council, on behalf of HFL. Please visit make a complaint.
HFL Homes also abides by the Housing Ombudsman Complaint Handling Code by completing self-assessments. Our board also receives an annual complaints performance and service improvement report and responds to it.
