The draft Kennington, Oval and Vauxhall Neighbourhood Plan was out for consultation under Regulation 16 between 31 March and 12 May 2025.
Once adopted, the Kennington, Oval and Vauxhall Neighbourhood Plan (KOV Neighbourhood Plan) will form part of the statutory development plan for Lambeth, which includes the London Plan 2021, the Lambeth Local Plan 2021 (PDF 16.4MB) and the Southbank and Waterloo Neighbourhood Plan (PDF 5MB) and associated planning guidance.
Background
In line with Regulation 14 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012, the KOV Neighbourhood Forum made a pre-submission version of the KOV Neighbourhood Plan available for consultation from 25 March to 13 May 2024. The representations received during this consultation were considered by the Forum and informed the draft KOV Neighbourhood Plan now being consulted in line with Regulation 16.
