Regarding the housing transfer waiting list (not the homeless waiting list) for someone who is already a tenant of Lambeth and who has already been on the transfer list for a while now to be moved to a property more suited for slight medical needs.
1) Please can you provide the average waiting times for a single male to be transferred/rehomed via the transfer list to a 1-bedroom home who is in Category Band C2/0.
And how many people are currently waiting to be rehomed in this category.

Average waiting time is 9 years and there are currently 138 individuals that fit this criteria on the transfer list.
