With regards to your work around biodiversity net gain, please can you tell me
1. How much you are currently charging, or plan to charge, developers for offsite biodiversity units so that they can meet their biodiversity net gain requirements
2. What % of biodiversity net gain you are requiring, or expect to require, from developers
Our response
- I can confirm that Lambeth Council does not hold the information requested. Regulation 12(4)(a) of the EIR states that a public authority may refuse to disclose information to the extent that it does not hold that information when an applicant’s request is received. We do not hold this because no pricing information is available at this time. We are currently awaiting the national regulations from Defra following which the pricing structure will be developed.
