I am enquiring as to who a) owns the land the structure highlighted in red sits on, and b) is responsible for the ownership and maintenance of this structure.
Location: Dassett Road SE27 0UG, Lambeth.

Our response
a) The land is owned by Lambeth Council and
b) The maintenance of the substation is the responsibility of UK Power Networks. The maintenance of the remaining structure is the responsibility of the Council.
