It is now a statutory requirement that all Health & Social Care Staff complete 'The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training'
Please can you confirm the following:
1) How many staff are required to complete the training (total number)? Please provide a breakdown of service area (for example; Childrens Services, Adults Services etc)
2) How many staff have completed the training (as of 29.08.2023)
Our response
Staff in Lambeth Adults or Children’s Social Care have not as yet undergone training as, in line with other health and social care organisations throughout England, Lambeth Council is still awaiting further guidance on implementation which is currently the subject of national government consultation.
