Hi, please can you let me know how much the council (the LA) charges LA schools for the services that are provided by the LA, for all LA schools. This used to be called the 'LA Holdback'.
Our response
Lambeth De Delegation rates are as follows as approved for 22-23 by schools forum
Trade Union Facilities Agreement - £5.18 per pupil for all schools
Education Functions for 5-16 year old in 2022/23, at a rate of £21.20 per pupil for pupils in primary and secondary schools and £42.40 per commissioned place in maintained special schools.
