Please provide details of all works programmed for 2023/24 & proposed for 2024/25.
Please advise when the Lambeth.gov.uk website will be updated to include this information along with the programmes for 2021/22 & 2022/23.

Please note that works programmed for 2023/2024 and proposed works programmed for 2024/2025 have not been finalised yet.
Lambeth Council's Strategic Asset Partner (Savills) are in the final stages of completing the borough wide surveys to our property stock. Once these are completed, our Asset Delivery Partner (who are in the process of being appointed) will work with the Council to use the findings of these surveys to develop a five year capital works rolling programme. All affected residents will be consulted as to where they fit into this programme and what works will be carried out to their property/estate in the meantime.
