I would like to see the deeds that imply Dorset Road is owned by Lambeth Council. You can not legally and lawfully impose public fines if you do not own the land and I would like to see proof of land ownership.
Our response
Dorset road is a Highway maintained by Lambeth at public expense. Under Section 41 of Highway Act 1980 Lambeth, as the Highway Authority, has a duty to maintain safe passage on public highways.
