What estates are next for parking enforcement consultations & roughly when will these consultations be?
Our response
Statutory Consultations for the following Estates has recently taken place between 20 May and 10 June 2022, within 9 estate parking areas.
It seeks approval to make the relevant Traffic Management Orders (TMOs) for the implementation of the following proposals:
- To introduce a new scheme for the introduction of estate parking controls at four estates:
- Claremont East;
- Claremont West;
- Myatts Field South; and,
- Tulse Hill Estate
2. To introduce minor amendments of estate parking arrangements at five estates subject to a satisfactory response to formal objections from the community:
- Tindal Street - Lothian estate.
- Paulet Road;
- Vassall Road;
- Cancell Road; and,
- Russell Grove.

The results of this consultation are currently being reviewed. The results of the consultation will be communicated to all residents within the above estate. Any resident who made an individual representation will also be responded to directly.
The next phase is yet to be confirmed but will be communicated to the residents affected.
