- The number of retrofitted households in your borough since April 2021 breaking down public and private stock;
- The contents of the LBSM (London Building Stock Model) version that your council utilises.

*Across the 578 MTVH homes, measures include:
- 134 properties for cavity wall insulations
- 198 properties for loft insulation
- 266 properties for PAS2035 ventilation
- 146 properties for solar PV installs
- 297 properties for Time and Temperature Zone Control
Private Stock
Unfortunately, we do not have the number of retrofits of non-council owned homes in the borough.
MCS tracks data on installation of certified renewable and electric technologies that are installed across Lambeth. Such technologies include ground and water source heat pump, solar PV, solar thermal, biomass up to 45KW, and battery storage. However, this only captures households that have had installation that are certified through MCS and does not track the full range of energy efficiency or retrofits that may have taken place.
