6: Details of pay by phone location 83916 signage, date of signage installment, date of signage removal from site.
7: Date of pay by phone location 83916 removed from phone service. If not removed from phone service why?
8: Clear site Identification boundary of parking bays previous and present.
9: All suspensions from the date of 01/01/2022 to present date.
10: Cost charged for all suspensions.
11: All PCN`s issued to location 83916 from 01/01/2022 to present date.
12: All PCN`s cancelled/ retracted to location 83916.

Lambeth Council sign off Highway and Public Realm works on our network and act as the Highway Authority.

There were no highways or public realm works carried out from January 2020 to the present date at this section, other than the above scheme.

The bays would have been suspended from the start of the civils works and then come into effect from the 24th October 2022
- We can confirm the parking machine would have been removed in a programme of works that covered the borough under our term contractor at the time. The order was placed in December 2019 with works completing by the end of March 2020.The new pay by phone signs were also installed as a borough wide programme which started in May and completed in August 2019, in advance of the parking ticket machines being removed. approved?

Previous boundaries – We do not hold “as built” information for the Chicheley Street parking bays as they were prior to January 2020. However, a drawing is held on file showing the proposed previous scheme works here, a version of which were delivered prior to January 2020. However, it must be assumed that there may be differences between this proposed layout and the as-built scheme.
