Many thanks for the response above, which states that LBC has not paid Turley in the last two years. The statement written for the common land consent application at Clapham Common was drafted by Turley (I attach that document). Does this indicate that the work is not paid for, or that it has not yet been paid, or was done gratis, or by some other arrangement?
Our response
The total amount that Lambeth Council paid to Turley Planning consultancy in financial years 2021/2022 and 2022/23 to date is £50,700.00.
Please note that the previous FOI which you refer to (ref: IRN10892769) where it was stated that no invoices were paid to Turley during this period was because at the time, the invoices were not showing on the system; unfortunately there had been an issue loading invoices onto the system which has since been resolved. We can confirm that the invoices were loaded and paid in July 2022
