Developer contributions comprising the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and Section 106 (S106) planning obligations are mechanisms administered by the planning system to secure financial and non-financial contributions (including affordable housing), or other works, to provide infrastructure to support development and mitigate any negative impacts.
