Report a missed collection
Sometimes bins cannot be collected on your normal collection day if the collection crew cannot get to your property. This could be because the road is closed or other vehicles have blocked access. Usually our evening crews will try to collect your waste later.
If your recycling has not been collected by the following morning, please let us know. If we missed your collection by mistake, we will reschedule your collection for the next working day after you report the problem.
You can only report it within 2 working days. After this you will have to wait for your next collection.
If you have put the wrong items in your bin, it will not be collected and you cannot report this as a missed collection.
