In line with the School Admissions Code 2021, the 2025-26 school admission arrangements relating to Lambeth community schools and Oasis Academy Johanna (on behalf of Oasis Community Learning) have been determined (agreed) in 2021.
This followed a period of consultation that ran from 13 December 2023 to 24 January 2024.
We received some feedback during the consultation and are responding to it. This is outlined in the consultation feedback response (PDF 59KB)
The arrangements were determined by Councillor Ben Kind at a Council Members' Briefing on 26 February 2024.
New School Admissions Code
The new School Admissions Code 2021 comes into effect on 1 September. As such the 2024/25 policy has been updated to comply. The only update is in relation to the previously Looked After Children criterion.

Objections
If you believe that the determined policy is not lawful, you have the right to lodge a formal objection, which can be done via the Office of the Schools Adjudicator.
