If names are missing
If you, or someone in your household is eligible to vote and needs to register, you can apply online.
Applications take around 5 minutes to complete and you’ll need to provide your date of birth and National Insurance number, if you have one.

Make other changes to the details on your letter
Remove someone who is no longer at your address - visit our Online Response Service.
Change your name - for example, if you have changed your name by deed poll, civil partnership or marriage - visit register to vote on the GOV.UK website.
Change your nationality - for example, you have become a British citizen - visit register to vote on the GOV.UK website.
Respond by post
If you would like to return your completed paper form, cross out the names of the residents who have moved out, complete the signature box, and return the form by post to:
