Referendum on the Kennington, Oval and Vauxhall Neighbourhood Plan

1. A referendum will be held on Thursday 11 December 2025 to decide on the following question.
   
   Do you want the London Borough of Lambeth to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Kennington, Oval and Vauxhall to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?
    
2. Applications to register to vote for this referendum must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by midnight on Tuesday 25 November 2025. 
    
3. Applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes and amendments or cancellations of proxy votes for this referendum must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 5pm on Wednesday 26 November 2025.
    
4. New applications to vote by proxy at this referendum must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 5pm on Wednesday 3 December 2025.
    
5. Applications for a Voter Authority Certificate or an Anonymous Electors Document valid for this referendum must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 5pm on Wednesday 3 December 2025.
    
6. Applications to vote by emergency proxy at this referendum on the grounds of physical incapacity, work, or due to the loss, theft, destruction or damage of required photo ID, must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 5pm on Thursday 11 December 2025. To apply to vote by emergency proxy, the applicant must have become aware of the reason that they cannot go to the polling station in person after 5pm on Wednesday 3 December 2025.
