What you need to know
Please invite the Mayor at least ten working days before your event.
Due to demand it may not be possible to attend every event. However, if the Mayor is available, you will be contacted in time for your event.
If the Mayor of Deputy Mayor is attending your event, read the Mayoral Protocol to prepare for the visit.
