Corporate Risk Register

Within all large organisations there exists a number of risks which relate to core business functions, corporate health and strategy — these are categorised as Corporate Risks.

A summary of the council's corporate risks is provided in the risk register(s) below.

All corporate risks have assigned mitigation measures which enable us to take a proactive approach to managing them. Risks are identified and assessed on an ongoing basis and new risks will be added to the Corporate Register throughout the year.
