Train to become a Community Connector

The Community Connector programme is part of Project Smith, an NHS-funded community development programme. It is for Lambeth residents who are active in their community or would like to be active in their community.

Project Smith provides Community Connector training and support to people in Lambeth. Skills that are taught include:

  • talking to other people about wellbeing
  • the things that they can do for themselves
  • places to go to access help and support doing this

The Community Connector training programme is interactive with lots of opportunities for discussion. It includes an assessment that gets you the course qualification.

Contact us if there is anything we need to know about you that may impact on your ability to take part and sit the assessment.
