As part of our drive to build more and better homes for our residents, we are rebuilding the Cressingham Gardens Estate.
The project will consist of demolishing all 306 existing homes and rebuilding the estate with a greater number of homes as well as new community facilities.
A design team that will develop plans for the rebuilt estate has been chosen by the estate’s residents and this team will work hard to ensure that residents are informed about what is happening and involved in the process.
The design team have completed the initial site surveys on the estate and residents have been attending design forums to learn more about the rebuilding process.
The Cressingham Gardens project has completed RIBA Stage 1 (Preparation and Brief) and will shortly be starting RIBA Stage 2 (Concept Design).
