Electric Vehicle Charging Points

The project is to address the demand for Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure over the coming two years and focuses on four distinct, but inter-related, work-streams which are:

• The installation of up to 30x standalone 7kW charge points that the borough has already procured.
• The procurement of charge points using £247,000 of funding the borough has been allocated from London’s Go Ultra Low City Scheme (GULCS) funding.
• Providing interim solutions for residents in need of on-street charging infrastructure while installation and procurement of the above takes place.
• The installation of between 10-15 43kW (rapid) charge points in collaboration with the project delivery team at TfL.
