Wyvil Primary School expansion (Keybridge House phase II)

A two-form expansion of Wyvil Primary School, delivered in partnership between the council and Mount Anvil, by 2021.

The council’s development partner, Mount Anvil, has just started construction of a two-form entry expansion to Wyvil Primary school in Vauxhall. This is a significant milestone for the council’s ongoing investment and delivery of public infrastructure within the Nine Elms Vauxhall (NEV) Opportunity Area. Moreover, the partnership approach is saving the council in the region of £8m and will also create 13 intermediate rent flats for which the council has secured nomination rights for ‘key workers’ in frontline public services.
