You can use this form to tell us if you’d like to come along to meetings with parents and professionals to help us improve our Local Offer.

You can also ask a parents’ organisation to tell us what you think at one of our Local Offer forums if you don’t want to come along yourself.

We must publish the comments made about the Local Offer, and tell you what we did in response. We must do this at least once a year.
