No Going Back

This project offers holistic support to Lambeth residents with offending histories, aiming to improve their well-being and help them access employment opportunities.

Eligible participants must be Lambeth residents aged 18+, with convictions (including cautions and spent convictions), excluding those for serious offences, and must have the right to work in the UK.

The programme begins with a holistic assessment to identify education, training, employment, and other support needs. Participants will benefit from mentoring, family support (particularly for families post-release), and regular health and well-being sessions.

A structured pre-employment workshop series includes: Kangaroo (self-assessment), Boost Your Profile (skills reflection), CV writing, interview skills, and employer insight sessions delivered by industry professionals.

A dedicated training fund will provide accredited training opportunities in CSCS, IOSH, driving theory, cleaning, FM, and green skills—targeting areas with local skill shortages such as biohazard work.

Employment support includes job clubs, self-employment guidance, work experience, and job brokerage through our network of employers and our cleaning social enterprise.
