Annual Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Survey 2023

Purpose

This survey is for parents, carers and families with a child or young person with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

You do not need to give your name or contact details.  Read Lambeth Council’s privacy notice

It is important that services for children and young people with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND) and their families are of high quality.

This survey gives you a chance to feedback your views about how things are working for you and your child/children with SEND.

If you have more than one child with SEND, and you want to give your views about each of them, you will need to complete the survey separately for each child.

The information received will be used to help us to identify what needs to be improved in the lives of children and young people with SEND.

This is the first time we are running this survey, and we plan to run a survey every year going forward.

If you need help to complete this survey you can ask a friend, family member, or someone else you trust to help you fill this in.  Remember it is your views we want to hear.

After the consultation closes

An anonymised summary of the information we receive will be published on the Lambeth SEND Local Offer page. No personal or individual details will be shared.
