Lambeth Council Adult Social Care is recommissioning its prevention contract. Preventative services are about supporting people to be proactive about their health and wellbeing. The aim of these services is to increase independence and reduce or delay the need for statutory care and support services. To shape the future contract, we would like to hear from you.
